It almost certainly is gone from the device, but a registry entry isn't
changed so it "seems" as if it's there. Only way I know to resolve the issue
is the wipe out the device and start over, which seems extreme..............

from the PPC (Start-> Settings-> Remove programs). However, if Money for the
