I've had this same problem exactly. I have not contacted customer support,
but will report back if I learn something.

I believe SunTrust bank's merger with Wachovia is now complete. Could that
be the reason??? You may want to call SunTrust (now Wachovia) Customer
support and find out the "new" details.

Default RE: SunTrust Bank

I use MSN Money Plus. My accounts at Sun Trust have not updated in 6 days.
And, I have been unable to get any assistance from MSN Tech SUpport on this
issue. I have been using Money Plus since it's inception and this has been a
recurring issue withh all the accounts. It is not an issue that limits
itself to Sun Trust. It might work perfectly for months and then one day...
no account updates and the issue may go on for days. I think the longest was
around 3 weeks.

If I have learned one thing about Microsoft, it's this....

Without extreme patience.... I'd go insane!

With 2004 you have to link through the MS Money on web to get updates
of your account, that is where yodlee is used.

Default SunTrust Bank

Has anyone else had problems with SunTrust Bank automatic updates in
last few days? I think it occurred as of June 1st that I can no longer
access my accounts through Yodelee interface. I use MSMoney 2004 and
tried setting up Suntrust directly in Money but it wants a 4 character
password and Suntrust requires 6 characters. Everything was working
fine interacting through updates wiht Yodelee until few days ago. Now
it says that my bank is requiring me to update information but when
login through internet no such problem.
