But to do it, you will need a split with, say, some equal amount of unassigned income, since it's non-cash and you aren't actually taking money out of the account. IF you had an asset account that included the value of the clothing, that would be the place to put it since it would reduce the value of your assets. Nobody sane tracks clothing as an asset, though.
