| Which Financial Institution(s)? Will they update in Internet Explorer (instead of using MSN)? https://moneycentral.msn.com/banking...age.aspx?SWA=1 (in order to see if it is specific to the MSN browser) Have you tried the Contact support link at http://support.microsoft.com/mnycfaq? Let them know that you are having problems updating the account in Internet Explorer. My most recent experience went like this.... 6-2-05 afternoon: Phone Support.
