Have you tried the Contact support link at
http://support.microsoft.com/mnycfaq?
Let them know that you are having problems updating the account in Internet
Explorer. (Don't mention Plus, since they might push you back to MSN
support)

They transfered me to another tech support group.

9:39 am - After much discussion with agent
the line went dead right before he was going to send me to

So, I have talked to 9, mostly nice tech support agents, from various tech
support groups at MSN, with still no resolution to my issue. Currently, as
of the last call, I am not being helped.

I think I had rather get a root canal.
