From what I can tell, the only thing that's different between OFX and> file. Money 2004 accepts OFX files. Is the QFX file close enough? I > don't know. QFX is that Intuit has added a single tag: <INTU.BID> . This tag is used to identify the financial institution that generated the QFX. Quicken then connects to intuit and asks whether or not the FI is licensed for that particular version of software. If not, Quicken reports an error message. In my experiments, I've been able to successfully import QFX files into M04 Deluxe simply by renaming them to .OFX. In the worst case scenario, you ought to be able to write a simple script that will delete the <INTU.BID> tag and write the output into a .OFX file. $.02 |

| I import QFX files from TIAA-CREF and find that the positions come in correctly, as to the purchases and sales, but the TIAA interest (/Dividends) do not show up. Instead I get notified that the balance does not match. I have not used it from any other type of Financial Institution. I don't know, actually. The QFX is Quicken's modification of an OFX> version? file. Money 2004 accepts OFX files. Is the QFX file close enough? I don't know. If Money cannot make sense of it without you changing it, I would expect an error message from Money. |

You do File-> Import. You select AllFiles on the TypeOfFile box. You> version? I'm wondering, because when I try to import a QFX file nothing > happens. browse to the file on your disk and select it. Click Import. At that point, what happens? Or if that does not describe what you are doing, what are you doing? - quote - > Below is the beginning part of the QFX file. Any help would be > great.
