| Thanks for your suggestion. I did find the account affected was not included in the report. Only all categories were included. So I checked off the account affected and it displayed the report category correctly. Sorry for the oversight. Problem solved! | Interestingly, I followed the exact pattern you had below. I used Money 2004 International though. After creating a new subcategory, and adding a transaction the report (i used the default report, pressing reset before i started this procedure), it showed the transaction okay. I'd try checking that the account is listed in the report first, before resetting the report and recreating it. -- Glyn Simpson, Microsoft MVP - Money http://money.mvps.org Check http://money.mvps.org/faq for tips and fixes for MS Money. | Using Money 2004 Standard, I have added a new subcategory. I then entered a transaction to that subcategory and subsequently ran a report "Monthly Income and Expenses", which omitted the new expense transaction subcategory. The Customize feature shows all categories and subcategories are selected for reporting. At this point, it appears to be a flaw in the reporting feature. |
