In M2003 you can rename them to the same name (or to one of the existing Payee> Rather than going back and changing the names in existing transactions, is > there a way to merge several payee names into one name? names) and they will merge after a warning asking you if you really want to do that. That won't work if they are electronic payees. To do that, I believe you have to first disable online services. --ron |

| Re: Combining payees? Yes! Go to the payees place. Banking: Account Tools: Categories & Payees. Click payees in the left pane. Right click on a payee you want to move and select move.
