instances that Money crashes as a result of printer drivers that are
otherwise okay.

Printing to another printer or even to PDF might help you diagnose if the
problem is related to the printer driver.

Very few people who lurk here use the * Business * versions of Money. You
may wait a really long time here for a better answer. Maybe you should
consider opening a support case directly with Microsoft. I'd be curious if
there first response didn't also include the phrase "printer driver."

printer driver available. Also, make sure that the driver you're using is
compatible with your version of Windows (XP, 2000, 98, whatever).
