Really?

Are you sure we are talking about the same thing: "balancing" the investment
portion of a regular investment account? (Not the cash portion, not a 401k.)

I don't believe this is do-able in M04 and don't believe M04 is different
from M03 in this regard. I accept correction gracefully. Just point me to
where it is in M03--the odds are incredibly high it's in the same place in
M04.

I assume the OP was talking about Investment Accounts when referring to "the
investments area." If the cash portion, see More cash tasks|Balance an
account.

The Money view is one doesn't balance investment accounts.

Personally, I do check that share balances match at the As Of dates. I do it
by hand using data from portfolio view.

Default investments - balance account to statement feature

In Money 2005, in the investments area, where can i find the balance account
feature? In the regular accounts area (checking etc) its under common tasks
-- but i can not find it in the investment area. thanks
