I know how to select the various informational items that can go on the
information bar, however, I can deselect all of them but when I select them
again they appear with the same incorrect Dow 30 industrials number as
before. I do not know where in the system you can go in change the ticker
symbol for the Dow 30 industrials, for instance.

I do not believe this has anything to do with ticker symbols. In fact I
don't see where one would be able to change the symbols associated with the
various indices.

DOW is $INDU
NASDAQ is $COMPX

In older versions of Money, changing the ticker symbol to something else and
then back to the correct symbol would sometimes fix such a problem.
