I'm a bit confused by this. This is my guess at what you're trying to do.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1) You want to track your spending up to $14,000 for the project.
2) You also want to track income generated by this project.

If that's the case, then you might want to investigate using
classifications for this. Essentially what this does is create a
seperate set of income and expense tracking for each classification
that you define. Search the online help file for how to use them.

If this doesn't do what you want, let me know where I missed.

Hi,

I would like to know how can I do the following in Money 2005:


I have a project and I have budgeted $14,000 for the implemantation.. I want
to save this number and add everyday all expenses and incomes to know if I
have covered my implemantation cost and started earning profit from my
project.
