So, my general answer is: Yes, it should.

Recently my ISP required me to configure my Internet access through a
proxy server. I have IE and Firefox both working through it with no
problems. They both just require me to authenticate with the proxy
server when I first start them up. Last night for the first time since
the proxy was installed, I tried to do online banking with Money 2004. I
was unable to submit payments or update my statement. Will Money 2004
work through a proxy server?

This is an urgent request as I have bills that need to be paid today.
