Money Upgrade in Process?

I downloaded the Web version of Money Deluxe 2005. It has been a week now,
and it still says it is dowloading the Upgrade so I can use features like the
Cash Flow. Does anyone know how I can restart the download of the Upgrade so
that it will actually install this time? I am almost certain it is not
working....
