Finally we are narrowing in. Try opening all Money closed accounts. Then try
cash flow forecast.

If this works, you should then be able to close the closed accounts again.

Hello again,

When I am in the Bills & Deposits screen the Cash Flow Forecast is usually
at the bottom not any more. When I click on the link to go to Cash Flow, it
pops a little message saying that I need to create an account before going
to Cash Flow. I don't see any options to change accounts anywhere. When I
click on the icon in the menu bar it gives same thing. Ditto for the
"common tasks" menu and the drop down under "Accounts & Bills."

I just need to know where I can change the account from one bank to the
other and have it work properly.

Thanks
Michael

Ahh. Yes, that could be the deal here.

Michael, if you click the Cash Flow icon or go to Bills & Deposits|Forecast
Cash Flow, you have an Account pull-down. Is the account you want to see in
the pull-down?

Look near the top of the page. You should find a drop down that says "Cash
Flow for: Sovereign Bank" (or something to that effect.)

Change the account listed in the drop-down to Citizens Bank. Or All (if you
want).

I don't know what it means to open Cash Flow under an account/institution.
What about in Bills & Deposits? Is a link to it there? What happens when you
click on the link?

I have 2004 Deluxe. Before I had Sovereign Bank. I added an account
Citizens Bank. I closed Sovereign and fully doing my checking with
Citizens. I can't get Cash Flow to open up under Citizens; however, it is
given me the summary at the bottom of the Bill/Deposits page.

Hope this helps
Michael

But just in case you are "feeling lucky" as google puts it, try

Well, first we'd have to know a lot more about what's not working about it,
how it was working before, and what changing banks has to do with whatever
it is about Cash Flow Forecast that isn't working.

Oh, and what version of Money you are running is almost always helpful
diagnostic information.
