Default Re: M05 Budget any better than M04?

There are two budgets in M05 - the 'advanced' one which is the same as in
2004, and the 'Essential' one which is a very minimalistic budget. So, if
you're used to the one in 2004, the 2005 'advanced' one is exactly the same.
