Default Re: Must disable MSN Bill Pay to add account online services?

Contact Money support via phone. There have been a number of reported
problems with folks following the instructions on disabling billpay as the
software suggests and then being unable to re-activate it again.

Disabling Bill Pay within Money does not Cancel Bill Pay.
The process to use MSN Bill Pay within Money 2005 changed.
So, you need to disable Bill Pay within Money
Then make sure that you are using the same Passport for your Money file that
you used to setup MSN Bill Pay, enable "Access Money on the Web" (Tools -
Settings).
This will then download the MSN Bill Pay account, which you can then "merge"
with the appropriate account (i.e. your "checking" account).

Default Must disable MSN Bill Pay to add account online services?

You know, for years now I have used Money and Checkfree (ha) and everything
ran smoothly. I could connect to my accounts directly into Money and all was
well.

Now it seems I really stepped in it by upgrading from 2004. Everytime I
create a new account, (of course want to setup for online services) I get a
message about disabling MSN Bill Pay.

Yea I know where to go to "stop using MSN Bill Pay". Well this isn't really
a practical. What am I missing here.

How do I add new accounts that support direct downloads into Money without
disabling MSN Bill Pay?

I've spent the last two weeks trying to work out the idiosyncrasies. MS
Money specialists! Where is an upgrade, patch or service pack?

I'd like to beta test it. I've got a list pages long. Hubby works there,
but not on MS Money, but I still complain to him every night when he gets
home.
