Contact Money support via phone. There have been a number of reported
problems with folks following the instructions on disabling billpay as the
software suggests and then being unable to re-activate it again.

The process to use MSN Bill Pay within Money 2005 changed.
So, you need to disable Bill Pay within Money
Then make sure that you are using the same Passport for your Money file that
you used to setup MSN Bill Pay, enable "Access Money on the Web" (Tools -
Settings).
This will then download the MSN Bill Pay account, which you can then "merge"
with the appropriate account (i.e. your "checking" account).

I've spent the last two weeks trying to work out the idiosyncrasies. MS
Money specialists! Where is an upgrade, patch or service pack?

I'd like to beta test it. I've got a list pages long. Hubby works there,
but not on MS Money, but I still complain to him every night when he gets
home.
