ledger viewing/printing specified range of transactions

When you view a report such as the Account Transactions report,
click Customize on the left. That will let you choose the range you
want.

Alternatively use the Date Range drop-down list, and scroll down to
Custom.

I need to print a range of transactions. Specifically October 2004 thru
December 2004. Nothing before or after. Is there a way I can do this?

I can't seem to find a way to do that. It seems to limit me to either this
month, year, 3 months or 12 months but not user defined.
