You have a couple of choices here with the forecast cash flow. You can use
'trended' items, which Money calculates based on previous spending. You
could use budgeted items instead or turn both off. With 2003, you may be
able to specify which account the trended amount will come from by making a
change to the category details of the particular item.

Finally, Money 11 is indeed Money 2003
