That's not that hard.

http://www.dslextreme.com/users/surferslim/text1.html
"This U.S. Border Report N.G.O. (non-government organization) illegal
immigration study of the Mexican border concludes that as many as 15,000
illegal aliens cross the border into California each day from Mexico, or
about 5,475,000 per year in California only."

They would not work it, but they would praise Money for the new (again) cool
interface. And with the new Essential Register, they would even be able to
get to the next screen. From the MSN's standpoint, that's sufficient.

I don't tolerate ads on my computer. I have software to eradicate
them.

I also skip ads on TV, when the ads come on I hit the bathroom, hit the
refrigerator, or switch channels.

As far as ads in Money, my Money 2000 has no ads.

Do you mean that they ask people like those that use this group??

I thought that they somehow found the last three people in America who'd
never used a computer program, sat them down in front of MS Money, & if they
could work it, it was out of beta & ready for release.

Here's scientific explanation. Since you are watching ads pretty much all
the time (eating, drinking, watching tv, driving, walking, reading, browsing
internet, reading bank statement, .......), your mind has adjusted and
stopped noticing them, same as in 1 minute you accommodate and stop noticing
a smell in a room you entered. If Money suddenly doesn't show you ads, you
will (1) feel sudden discomfort of the changed environment, to which you
will have to accommodate; (2) when you return to the regular environment
with ads, you will notice them and again feel discomfort to which you will
have to accommodate. So, ads are there for the consistency.

ads when i can continue to use Money 2000 and not have to suffer
through ads?

Hopefully, MS was receptive to the bugs you sent them, so when they finally
release M04, it will be nearly perfect. Or at least they postpone some till
M05. How far till the release?

Yes - I'm a bit scarred to test it - I don't care to waste my life with the direction the program is headed...

Now THAT'S comedy! I can always count on DW for a good chuckle.

I think 2005 is still in Alpha testing by reading the posts in this
newsgroup.
