It definitely always adds a few bucks/pounds and even when there is say 10
bucks balance and it is scheduled to pay that off in the next payment, DRP
will say 12 bucks!

Are we talking DRP-managed planned payments here? If so, I'm not sure why it
would plan more than the input minimum on any debt unless a) higher rate
debt was paid first, or b) it plans to do something like pay minimum plus
the forecast interest. I can't say for sure; other than playing around in
test cases, I don't use DRP, so I haven't fully reverse engineered how it
figures multiple managed payments.

As to transactions, Money will let you enter pretty much anything.

IT reflect my accounts rather than my accounts reflect ITS opinion ?

You can schedule the Transfer from your chequeing account or have DRP
schedule one for you.

You can't. You will have to enter Interest with an expense transaction in
the account which will increase your balance.

The scheduled Transfer noted above, when entered into your chequeing account
register, will reduce the balance, increased by the interest transaction
noted above, by the amount you transfer.

Does using the debt reduction planner help? Money tends to calculate more
than the absolute minimum so that you do start reducing the debt.

Default Credit Cards in MS Money 2004

I have setup a new credit card account in MS Money 2004, entered the
balance, filled in all the interest rates etc, but the Next Payment
Date box and the Payment Frequency are disabled. Now, I pay the minimum
amount each month, but obviously x% of that is interest so only a small
part goes to paying off the capital on that card.

How the **** can i tell Money that my minimum payment comes out on xx
day each month and have it work out what the interest portion of that
payment is, and what the repayment portion is and have the latter
deducted from the credit card balance?

Been at it for four hours now! !!
