The reason for my confusion is that when I download a transaction that's matched it's obvious to me which transaction was matched. What I see is a transaction that will say something like: Your bank's entry: Toys R Us CLT $5.00 Your register entry: Toys R Us $5.00 Then there's three buttons: Accept, Change, Enter Pressing accept will allow me to accept the macth. Change allows me to change the match. Enter allows me to categorize the transaction w/out accepting or changing the match. |
