You do not import an Invoice into Money, you import invoices into the
Invoice Designer. You simply use/print to that invoice in Money. If you are
having problems using an invoice that you created in Money 2005's Invoice
Designer, you may want to reference the following Microsoft Knowledge Base

The .inv available for importing into Money is the old Portfolio format used
by the MSN Money web-site prior to its update at the end of July.
