credit card(s) you are using.

If the answer is Money 2005 and a credit card that says "This
service is provided by a third party provider, not your financial
instituition" in the description provided by

then you could contact Microsoft.

If that is not the case, tell us the program you are using, and the
credit card you are using.

ignore it because they're usually back by the next day.

I have been trying counless times to update my credit card information from
several Banks, but Money states that the system is unaavaible or the
transaction cannot be completed at this time. What can I do to correct this
problem.
