You may want to go to WindowsUpdate and see if there are some updates that
may fix the problem, and/or reinstall IE from the microsoft.com site.

YES-Help for Money 2003 used to work on this computer .

However, recently I was having problems with Internet Explorer, so I
eradicated it and reinstalled it.
(http://www.btinternet.com/~winnoel/ReInIE.htm). Everything web-related
works fine now.

I'm not sure, but that might have been when Money's help section quit
working. As I said, IE doesn't seem to give me any other problems, though...

It could likely be a problem with your installation of Windows.
Did Help ever work with Money 2003 on this computer? If so, what
happened/changed?
A couple of additional suggestions:
1. Try the Trial version of Money 2005:
http://www.microsoft.com/money/freetrial_info.mspx and see if Money 2005's
Help works
2. Does Help within Windows work? Start - Help. You may want to consider
upgrading Windows to XP. But you could try repairing/reinstalling ME first.

Yes, I am running the latest IE6 SP1. I tried the repair/reinstall, and it
made no difference.
Toggling "Browse the Internet from within Money" did nothing to help.
I removed and re-installed Money 2003, still no help!
I still see "Unable to load topic. Click here to try again" when I want to
use Money's help section.

Try toggling "Browse the Internet from within Money".

Are you running IE6? If not, I would do that.

If you are running IE6, look into doing a repair of that.

I read Article ID : 312808, thanks. I tried installing the HTML Help update.
It didn't help.

I have also read and performed steps in Article ID : 812755 - no help there,
either.

Please, any other suggestions? FYI - I am running Windows ME 4.90.3000, if
that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Default Money 2003 - Unable to load topic. Click here to try again.

The help section has failed. I repeatedly get the error message: "Unable to
load topic. Click here to try again." Of course, clicking again does no
good! Any ideas?

I have already tried reinstall/repair. I also deleted temporary internet
