| I was having problems with IE6 SP1 a few weeks ago, so I completely removed/reinstalled it. Now it works absolutely fine. This problem with Money's Help started after that, but I don't know if/why it is related? Beat's me. All my other programs work fine. | There's a Money KB article that mentions the aw.dll: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/820570 As Michel suggested this is another possibility, but since the error message wasn't about the Answer Wizard, I'm personally doubtful that this will fix it. I'm afraid we're likely down to two possibilities: 1. Identify what program was installed around the time that these problems started and see if removing it will resolve the issue. 2. Reinstall/upgrade Windows. -Mark "Michel Maman [MS]" <t-mmaman[at]online.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:uNGNagsNFHA.4092[at]tk2msftngp13.phx.gbl... - quote - > Hi, > Let's just try to register another dll (for each account if it works )> REGSVR32 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Works Shared(\Money\)\AWDLL > (\Money\) You've to search the dll to check exactly where she's located > You'll find another one in an Office folder > (Sorry, if you've already tried, the thread is so long that I didn't read > all messages) > Regards > -- > Michel Maman (Microsoft France) > "Home User" <Home_User[at]no.spam.net> a écrit dans le message de news: > 114oqv7e2ftl15[at]corp.supernews.com... > > Hi Mark- Thanks for the suggestion. | One way to double check if it is the printer driver is to add a completely different printer driver from a different manufacturer (e.g. Canon, HP, etc). Since you don't physically have that computer, set it to "print to file" Make it the default printer, start Money and see if the Preview looks proper. Remember to change the default printer back to the Lexmark if you need to do some real printing. -Mark "KLM" <KLM[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BB5CD68F-75EB-4139-9F4F-8FC70B5AD179[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I am having this same issue with Money 2004 Sm Bus. | I am having this same issue with Money 2004 Sm Bus. In addtion, much of my data on invoices will not populate. Ex. lines look like this-- TAX: [tax]. I am running XP and have had MS email techs and phone techs attempt to solve the problem, to not avail. It began happening approx. 6 weeks ago. My computer is fully up to date. Phone techs said it might be a problem with my printer drivers. Called printer co. (Lexmark) they could not resolve the issue either. Print porblem also occurs in sample files and when using a pdf printer. If anyone comes across a suggestion PLEASE! post. "unknown" wrote: - quote - > Community Message Not Available |

| Do you recall, when exactly this problem (and/or the problems with IE) started? Did it happen after installing some other program (for example TurboTax 2004)? Have you tried removing any programs that you installed around the time the problems started? -Mark "Home User" <Home_User[at]no.spam.net> wrote in message news:114oqv7ne2ftl15[at]corp.supernews.com... - quote - > Hi Mark- Thanks for the suggestion. | Just thought of something else (I don't remember if you've already tried this or not, and I thought it was mentioned in the KB article, but I looked again and didn't see it). I'm not sure if it will work, but you could try re-registering msxml3. The following steps are from another article that details the steps to do so: Register the Msxml3.dll file To register the Msxml3.dll file, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. Type regsvr32 msxml3.dll in the Open box. Make sure that you include the space. 3. Click OK. 4. If you cannot find the file, type regsvr32 and a space in the Open box, and then type the location of the Msxml3.dll file. Typically the Msxml3.dll file is located in the Windows\System32 folder or in the Windows\System folder. -Mark "Home User" <Home_User[at]no.spam.net> wrote in message news:114ohmqlcd7pv9a[at]corp.supernews.com... - quote - > Yes, I have read that article and I have tried that fix. | Yes, I have read that article and I have tried that fix. But, it did not help. The issue is still unresolved... May I add: Microsoft telephone support hasn't been much help. I called them a week ago. I called back and exchanged a few emails, too. They told me they elevated my case (whatever that means). I still haven't heard back from them on a fix for this... I'm puzzled! | Try the IE setup for service pack 1: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en Since this was the URL I got for Windows XP, if it won't work for you in Windows ME, you might try the following path: 1. Start at http://www.microsoft.com 2. Click Downloads 3. Click Internet 4. Under Popular Downloads, click Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 See if that will correct the problem. Otherwise, you might want to try what I suggested earlier: Download the Trial version of Money 2005. That may correct the missing/incorrect system files that are causing Money 2003's Help to fail. -Mark "Home User" <Home_User[at]no.spam.net> wrote in message news:1143rcu1ntkn254[at]corp.supernews.com... - quote - > I have tried WindowsUpdate, thanks.
