Yes provided that the 2002 and 2005 programmes are from the same region US US and UK > UK is OK but US > UK won't work.

You don't need your archives. M2005 will recognises your .mny file - make a
copy of it - and convert to M2005.

If you can't obey the region rule you can use QIF export and import see
