| I agree. M05 is VERY slow...poor performance. I'm very disatisfied. "Robert Sorrells" wrote: - quote - > Is there any way to speed up Money 2005 Deluxe? | I'm not sure the BBB would phase Microsoft. Good luck in the endeavor, though. | I wish I would have had enough sense to do that way back in January when I got the program. Long story short after 6 straight non-stop hours on the phone with Microsoft trying to fix some of the money problems, THEY not I took some careless actions which caused me to lose all of my money data for the past years since 1997. Fortunately I had good back ups. I then went ahead and reformatted, and insisted on them sending me a new program. If I would have had any brains back then I would have just bit it and lost a month of data and went back to 2004. Now it is too late but one way or another I WILL get my money back for this program or I will go straight to the Better Business Bureau about the defective program they have sold thousands. These money programs are still on the market even though Microsoft is aware of the problems. "Dick Watson" wrote: - quote - > You likely got a 30DMBG. Exercise it. | I agree with you Robert. They should refund the money back everyone that bought this program. Maybe we aren't complaining to the right people. I have been trying for 4 weeks to get tax related print outs and my program keeps changing some of the categories. Now I don't think I would get very far with the accountants if I go in there and lay out the reports with Office Supplies categorized under Horse Feed. | Is there any way to speed up Money 2005 Deluxe? The transaction accept takes about 10 seconds. I confirmed that there are no upgrades or updates going on in the background. I've got 1G of DRAM and a 2.4G Pentium running 2000 Pro. Thanks, Bob |
