| Your best bet is probably opening a support case directly with Microsoft. | Dick, Nope, I had tried moving the my default money file before I posted. It is Money itself that is crashing. | Even the demos, for as long as I can remember, have installed a sample file. Try searching the hard disk for Microsoft Money .MNY files. Your previous data indicated msmoney.exe, 12.0.0.613. That's Money 2004? It installed the sample file with the demos, IIRC. But whatever. Another way around this is to rename/move your real data file. Then when you start Money it won't find the file and will offer to let you find one to open or create a new one. You can go ahead and create a new one. The whole point of this exercise is to find out if your crashing problem is because of a problem with your data file or a problem with your Money application/installation. Look into your install folder, typically> then I paid the money to upgrade. I'm uninstalled and reinstalled several > times. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money 2005". |

| There is no Sample.MNY file. The software that I have is from the demo and then I paid the money to upgrade. I'm uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
