Are you using a Lexmark printer?
It appears to be a problem with the Lexamark printer driver.

I suggest opening a case with Microsoft. See

HI Cal,

I tried the pdf995 same issue.
This is a copy/paste from that file.
Subtotal: [ subtotal ]
Tax: [ tax ]
Total: [ total ]

Any other possible reasons?

I would try pdf995 or other to see what happens there.

Hi Cal,

The preview mode I am speaking of is both--Preview Invoice in Money and
Print Preview from the printer options. An example of what I see and what is
printed is
In the example below, where these items should be on the invoice it looks
like this.
Tax: [Tax]
Total: [Total]
The numeric values are not filling in. However, if I send the invoice to the
decktop as a .txt file the numeric values are calculated and visable.

Thanks!

By preview mode, do you mean viewing the invoice on screen, or are
you referring to File-> PrintPreview. PrintPreview is grayed out for
me. If you cannot view the invoice in Money, what is your screen
resolution, and can you go to a larger screen resolution?

I don't recognize that printing symptom, but what I would try is to
configure a different printer. You can add a virtual PDF "printer"
from any of various sources. pdf995 is the one I use, but others
work well. Print to that "printer" and see how that goes.

If that works, that may work around your problem, or suggest where
to look next.

Default Money 2004 Printing/Calculation error

Whenever I attempt to print an invoice the automatically calculated items
(customer name, date, prices, tax and total) will not print nor can they be
viewed in the preview mode. I have had a MS tech working on the problem for 3
weeks to no avail. Has anyone had erros like these? Any fixes?

THANKS!!
