| In Internet Options|General|Delete Files is usually where people go. (I'm not familiar with how IE6 runs on Win98.) There's also the msxml3 voodoo at http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=130, but I don't recall anybody solving "unable to load topic" with that. You might also search the microsoft.public.money group at http://groups.google.com for unable load topic help. | x-no-archive: yes Just tried that fix twice. Also deleted all history files. Didn't work, even after rebooting. Any other suggestions? Something in the registry, perhaps? For the record, I have the latest version of IE6 installed, the OS is Win98SE (fully updated), and the M03 program has no trouble accessing the Internet via my DSL connection. In fact, I download stock quotes & M03 updates regularly. FWIW, I found *two* "Temporary Internet Files" folders -- one in C:\WINDOWS and the other in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP. Would it be OK to delete the latter? Dave -- ROT13 the "reply to" for actual e-mail address. | See http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=129. This works for most people. | x-no-archive: yes Whenever I try to access a help topic in M03 Deluxe, I get a message saying "Unable to load topic. Click here to try again." (Of course, clicking doesn't do a thing.) This happens even when I have the Money CD in the drive. There's nothing in the "Tools> Options" menu about help. I don't need help often, but it's nice to have it when I do need it. Has the help file been lost or corrupted? If so, how do I re-install it without affecting the rest of the program (which works OK)? Thanks in advance for all assistance.
