I've installed the product on multiple computers within my home. I like the
product and find that the product will load on my personal computer. The
problem I have is that each time I load it gives an error message
intidicating that it can't continue the
process. Clearly it's not the product; other software is doing fine. Any
suggestions
on how I can get past the error message. I've already contacted technical
support by phone and it is overwhelmed with calls; so I was referred to this
site.
