You are better off here on the group boards thatn with one on one help,
anywhere. All programs work well before they are released. What causes
them to stop working is invariably the environment in which they run. It is
different for virtually every user. When you send your data to the home
office, they are back in their controlled environment, not yours. It is
understandable that they are not going to find 'your' problem. Here in the
group, you can see what worked for some people, what worked for others,
based ont heir environments, and what didn't work. For more generic
problems, everyone will have the same issue, and this type of problem
therefore more quickly identified and solved. For these reasons, you are
more likely to get pointed in the right direction by other users than by the
home offices. Just my 2 cents based on 20 years of experience in making
htese things work.
