| You are better off here on the group boards thatn with one on one help, anywhere. All programs work well before they are released. What causes them to stop working is invariably the environment in which they run. It is different for virtually every user. When you send your data to the home office, they are back in their controlled environment, not yours. It is understandable that they are not going to find 'your' problem. Here in the group, you can see what worked for some people, what worked for others, based ont heir environments, and what didn't work. For more generic problems, everyone will have the same issue, and this type of problem therefore more quickly identified and solved. For these reasons, you are more likely to get pointed in the right direction by other users than by the home offices. Just my 2 cents based on 20 years of experience in making htese things work. | Becareful using Microsoft live support. Two months ago when I was trying to get help with the terrible issues with 2005, the tech support guy lost everything in my money program and did some other things that caused me to have to reformatte my computer all over again. Then after he realized what he had done and promised to call back with solutions, I never heard from Microsoft again. | Need HELP !!! 1. I wanted to submit a Money Question. Ok site says choose product. 2. 3 choices for money 2004. Stanadard Edition, small bussiness and deluxe. 3. My money says i have 2004 Premium 4 . tried typing serial number. 5 . Micorosoft says serial number does not match product id 6 . what the hell am i supposed to do !!!!!!! if i type a VALID ($45) serial number into a Micorsoftt web site then it should figure out what IT IS !!!! now i have to come to this site to get help on GETTING HELP -- ben |
