| Dispite no indications to the contrary on the packaging, Money 2005 Standard (US version) does not seem to run when installed on a German XP Pro SP2 system. When starting up, it gets as far as the menus and the splash screen, and then simply closes - no dialog boxes, no events and no logs. Money 2000 ran on this system with no problems. The old version was uninstalled, then the new 2005 installed. Installation logs indicated no errors or warnings during the installation. Any ideas? Can anyone verify whether 2005 (US version) should be capable of running on a non-US XP system? |
