128 bit encryption can be exported to "friendly" countries. Are you trying
to say Canada is not friendly?

Hello Rob,
Canada Banks only offer Statement downloads from there
website. I belive it has something to do with the
Encryption. 128-bit encryption cannot be exported from
the US I think.
