Did that --checked and double checked my customizations. checked "all happens to be my business checking account. Under details I checked "all types". I set up a "Job expenses" area a couple of years ago since some of our costs are directly related to specific jobs. I tried both checking and unchecking the Job Expenses. Also tried the file repair utility --no errors were found. I have been sing MS Money since 1998 -- I'm currently using 2004--for my personal finances two businesses which I operate and have never fun accross this before. I even inttalled MS Money on a separate machine with the same results. It seems that, for the most part, its the same three or four payees who's transactions don't show up on the reports. Thanks for your response Cal, I'm at "wits end". Charley |
