Default Archiving in Money 2004 Premium and earlier

Error message when I archive my *.mny file. I get and error at the end of the
archiving my file "insufficient memory and must close open programs" with no
number. It also locks up my PC and nothing responds. No other programs open.
I've had this problem with earlier versions also. Has anyone else seen this
and have a fix? MS support does not have support for this version either.
