Default Re: MS Money 2003 Internet Features

My understanding was that all downloads stop including seemingly innocuous
things like share prices.

You will need to go and see when Money created it's backup of your previous
version. Look for a file with the suffix .mnx. Can't remember what is the
value of x in your case.

Say if you installed M2003 on 1st October 2002 then it will expire 3 years
after that date. If you installed on 1st June 2004 then it will expire on
1st Sept 2006.

Default Re: MS Money 2003 Internet Features

I have 2003 Standard and mine was supposed to expire by Sept. 1, 2004.
But I didn't see anything until a pop-up window appeared about 3 weeks
ago telling me I had features expiring in 30 days on March 10. I have
seen the same pop-up twice since, reminding me of my expiration date of
March 10. I don't recall the exact wording, but I don't recall it
giving much detail about exactly what was expiring. I also feel the
2003 EULA is very incomplete concerning the expiration of features. The
IBSP for 2005 is much more complete and specific about what features expire:

http://money.msn.com/Money/2005/IBSP.asp

I assume it's the same deal for 2003. I posted a message trying to hear
from someone who had theirs expire, to hear exactly what and how the
expired features expired (eg. greyed out, error messages, etc) but got
no response. But I should find out myself on March 10 or 11, when mine
expires, and I will let you know.

Default MS Money 2003 Internet Features

After reading a previous post, I’m confused as to what features will expire
in my MS Money Deluxe 2003 and when. The EULA says “Money 2003
Deluxe/Business Online Quotes and Roaming features expire the earlier of
three (3) years after your activation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or September 1,
2006.” So does that mean that I will not be able to download transactions
from my financial institution after September 1, 2006? Also how do I tell
the day exact day that the features that do expire, expire on?
Thanks
Joe
