Then, if you've set the options to use auto-complete, it will remember the last category used for a given payee. Check the editing tab in Tools:Options. | Money 2005 Installed, Bank Data downloaded..... Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set a category for an institution and have it change all transactions affecting the institution? I downloaded 3 months worth of credit card and bank data. I would like to avoid updating and categorizing every transaction in the account register if I can. I would like to know if you can categorize a transaction by the payee.... Any help would be a big help. Thank you. |
