You should be able to go to "Payees" and double click on a payee to see the
details. It will show address, account number, and other information.

That wouldn't be so bad if at least one of the "suggested" entries matched
my intended recipient, but none of them do.

In any case, where should I go to follow your tip? I've looked in the
Payees list in the "Categories & Payees" section, but that doesn't show me
addresses and account numbers.

I get this message because I have multiple payees that are different with
the same name. For instance, you might have an American Express Blue Card
and Gold Card. If those are two different payees (different addresses,
etc.) with the same name, then this will happen. Check you list of payees
and see if you have two entries with the same name. If so, sounds like you
just need to delete one. For me, it is expected behavior.
