What do you mean? If you are saying under To Do it only gives the> it only gives the option of changing banks. choice of Change Financial Institution, then you are not set up for online services at that bank. In that case, go to the details for the account and change the financial institution from ABC Bank to ABC Bank 2, or blank out the institution -- whichever makes things work right for you. | My downloaded information all of a sudden is being applied to the wrong accounts even thought the account numbers are correct. Help said to delete the last download. I did and it deleted all the download information since the account was started. It now says I have to cancel online for this account and set it up again but doesn't say how. Help please! |
