That should be significant. Did you open the file from the Deluxe> Please set up this account again. I am afraid I don't have more for you there. My suggestion would be to add connectivity to a credit card. That might give you another data point. If you were unable to set up a credit card, that would tend to make you suspect something about your system/install, and if you were able it would make it seem more likely that the problem is at the Yodlee interface. |

| No - This is the only bank I download from. I am a new Money user, and only download from this bank. It is a smaller bank, Ga Telco Credit Union but is on the list. I did download all info previous in trial version. (By the way, the other default things, like the Dow stock quotes, update okay). When I try to download, I get the message: Your accounts could not be updated with info from your bank or brokerage. To learn more, click on tools/Internet updates call summary. When I do, it says your last call encountered an error. Could not retrieve. Please set up this account again. If problem continues contact customer support. It does the same thing again, so I called tech support and spent a couple of days doing ALL troubleshooting procedures. (Only thing I haven't done is heard back from my bank). Strange, in trial version, boom - info downloaded no problem. Bought the 90 dollar software - nothing. Thanks for any more tips- - - "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, Nathan wrote: > > Using 2005 Money, (small business). > > This forum and called Microsoft. | Using 2005 Money, (small business). This forum and called Microsoft. I've deleted in full and from the registry all traces of Money and re-installed. The only time I was able to download was with the trial software! I checked the Microsoft online questions, all those little things. Maybe it is indeed my bank? Won't download in the days following download into trial, they have to reset something? Thanks! |
