Default principal vs. interest

When looking at the mortgage payments in money, several of the payments are
allocated completely as principal, with no interest, while most are okay.
All of these were entered as regular load payments, not as extra payments.
The only difference I can think of is that sometimes I enter them from the
bill section before they are matched to transactions downloaded from my bank,
and sometimes I download the transactions from my bank first and then accept
the match to the bill payment.

How can I get Money to recalculate these payments that are classified as all
principal, so that I have the correct principal and interest amounts?

Thanks.
