How do you let Money 2005 do an update to version 14.0.*.1105?
Connect to the internet, and start Money. I think it happens on its
own. If not, try AccountList-> UpdateNow-> Update.

When you create the new file and do Help-> About, what version does
it say you have.

I suggest you create a NEW empty file (named perhaps Temp.mny)wit
no Passport (click Decline) or password. Let Money update. Exi
and restart Money. Ensure you have version 14.0.125.1105 when you d

I don't know if this is your problem, but it won't hurt:

I just installed Microsoft Money 2005 Premium and when I try logging
into my Passport, I always get "The e-mail address or password is
incorrect. Please try again.". I am 100% sure the password is correct;
I even just tried logging in to it in MSN and it worked as well. I also
get this error in MS Money for my other Passport accounts, so the
problem must be related to something with my settings.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
