My computer crashed and I knew there was a site to go so I could download

the program. The support snafu you are going thru is exactly why I woun't
deal with Microsoft with hard copy media. I will try and search thru my old

I did this last year with 2004. They can get you back to the original
download location. It just takes forever. I will never upgrade online again.
