ING Direct used to talk directly to Money. To increase their security,
they went to web only downloads about a year ago.

Yes, I do realize that, but I assume that when Money "talks" to the banks it
uses the credentials we provide and some other api - not the web user
interface which has that "different question".

If you are talking about ING Direct, I think the problem is that each time
you log on to ING's website it asks you a different question and therefore
it can't be set up for automatic updates - which would explain why it is not
on the list. You can go to ING's website and download your information from
the website itself - not exactly automatic, but there you are.

Default ING and Money 2005

I've looked at the institutions supported by Money and I don't see ING
listed. I just see an entry for ING (Canada). Difficult to imagine that
such a well known "bank" would not be represented! Any insights?

Thanks,

Russell
