I use 5/3 bank. I schedule payments in Money in Bill & Deposits and then go
to Account List and select my 5/3 account. Then I connect to bank and
schedule my payment on the bank web page. I guess my experience is no to
you question, this is not an automatic setup with 5/3. It's a two step
process as described.
