Thanks for your help. Due to my increasing frustration with this, I started
researching further and found this
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;890440. Apparently
this is a known issue with no solution so far.

If this continues, I would call first my Bank's online technical support.

Default Newbie Online Banking Question

I'm sure I'm missing something basic here. Just started using Money 2005
Premium. The program connects to online banking and updates. I accept
matches Money asks about between online transactions and those in my check
register. The problem is, the next time I update online, I'm asked to match
some or all of the transactions again, or some new ones it didn't previously
wonder about. I've reconciled my first bank statement, and at next update,
it asked me to accept a bunch of transactions again that had already been
reconciled.

What am I missing? Once I accept a match, how can I keep from being asked
about the same transaction again?

TIA
