Maybe I need to retest this--on M04, no more M03 installed here.

OK. I tested scheduling an R and an R+Flag. Both then enter into the
register as expected, no R, no flag.

As you note, I'm too much of a curmudgeon to mess with an Epay.

No. It means that the problem created for an item scheduled in M02 won't be
fixed by M03--the item will still enter reconciled upon the upgrade to
M03--but M03 won't create any more like it.

Well that did the trick. Thank you for your help!

I don't understand though, your statement in parentheses. Does that mean in
M03 you can enter a recurring bill to automatically reconcile and M03 will
not override it?

Thanks,
Bob

Re-create the scheduled item, this time from an item in the register not
already marked as reconciled. This is a defect in M02: if you do an Add to
Bills & Deposits from an item already in the register, the state of the
cleared flag is stored and there is no way to change it. An item marked as
reconciled will be scheduled as reconciled and entered into the register as
reconciled. I don't think Microsoft ever acknowledged this, but M03 doesn't
do it. (It also doesn't fix an item scheduled this way.)
