Alternatively, go to the portfolio. Choose a view, and then ChangePortfolioView-> CustomizeCurrentView-> PortfolioColumns. Choose the columns you want. Then File-> Print. Customizing the report is going to be the better one probably. You can limit the report to just the account you want to present. |

| Do a report that has the data you want--probably some customization of Portfolio Value by Investment Account. R-click on the edge of the report. Export to Excel. There may also be a choice on the left for Export to Excel. There is in M04. Perhaps Most Users Prefer(tm) not to have it and it has been removed as an explicit choice in M05. Alternately, there is MoneyLink which is an Excel Add-In that has some useful queries directly from a designated Money data file into spreadsheets. See http://www.ultrasoft.com (or post back) for more info on that. | I have accounts with more than one mutual fund company and have set them up for online access in Money 2005. I'd like to send a financial planner a snapshot of my "portfolio" - basically fund name and the number of shares in a spreadsheet / csv file, so that they can plug it into their software to analyze my holdings. I've spent some time exploring Money (including the Export choice which appears to export a single account (but all transactions)) but can't seem to find a way to do it. Is what I'm trying to do possible with Money 2005? Thank you, Russell |
