Default Re: How to Add Ticker Symbol to Investment Report

Hi Cal,
Sounds like what I'd like to have isn't possible. It would be nice if the
Portfolio tool provided an Export of what appears on-screen as they have nice
customization tools. Too bad the Report tool is so lame.

Anyway, your suggestion to rename the investment to include the Ticker is a
reasonable workaround.

Thanks,

Emery

Oops... That is not an option.

I suggest you change name of the investment, as I do. For example,
change "Microsoft Corporation to "MSFT Microsoft Corp". This has the
further advantage (if you consider it so) that the symbol also
appears on the schedule D description.

Hi, Thanks for your quick response. This works in the Portfolio tool but not
in the Reports tool (at least I can't figure out how). I need it to work in
the Reports tool so I can export it to Excel.

ChangePortfolioView-> CustomizeCurrentView-> PortfolioColumns
Select Column, Click Add, and then click Save or SaveAs.

Default How to Add Ticker Symbol to Investment Report

Hi, Does anyone know how to add the Investment Ticker Symbol to the
Investment Reports (say the Portfolio Value by Investment Type report). I use
Money 2004. If this isn not possible in Money 2004, is this feature in Money
2005? Thanks.
